  • The club membership year runs from the 1st October to the 30th September but you can join at anytime.

 As a new member you pay either 30€  in the first half of the year or 15€ in the second half; there after it's 30€ per annum.
How much does it cost to become a member?
The membership year starts on the 1st of October.   We generally take a break over July and August starting again in September.  
When does the membership year start?
A budget is produced every year and agreed with the membership it includes admin costs, contribution to events,  fixed costs, room hire etc.
How are the membership fees spent?
No.  However, If you decide to attend activities, trips or visits you will be informed if any payments are required.
Are there any other costs associated with being a member?
None, if you can't or don't want to.  The club is about making friends and enjoying each others company. 
How much time  must I spend volunteering?
Then you can start the group yourself and we will help.  As long as there are other members who want to join in the new group, it will become part of what we do.
What if there is an activity that I would like to do and you don't have it?
It helps to speak a little of at least one of the languages.  However, we are very adaptable with many different capabilities  - somehow we always make ourselves understood. 
What level of English or french do you have to be able to speak?
Yes, if the group allows partners to attend.
Can my partner go to a group that I don't?
